Choreography

With extensive dance training at THE Ohio State University, Elizabeth trained under elite professors in contemporary, ballet, jazz, improv, hip-hop, and African. In her final two years at Ohio State, Elizabeth began to develop and explore her unique style with influences of musical theater and modern dance.

Elizabeth has had the opportunity to choreograph and shadow her alumni show choir, Prominent Rendition. In her 4 years at Ohio State, Elizabeth was able to collaborate with other dancers and professors to become established in the dance community of Columbus, Ohio.

Yoga

Currently obtaining a 200 hour yoga certification through Ohio State, Elizabeth has begun the student teaching portion of the certification process. Through yoga, Elizabeth hopes to provide a comfortable space that allows for growth for individuals at any level. Whether looking to restore & heal or for a challenge, yoga is adaptable for individual needs.

Dance/Movement Therapy

Dance/Movement therapy (DMT) is a somatic practice that connects the mind and body. Elizabeth is currently working towards a master’s degree in Counselor Education at Capital University where she will begin her career as a dance/movement therapist. DMT is a passion of Elizabeth’s, as it works to restore a healthy mind/body connection. In this field, though niche, Elizabeth seeks to work with individuals of all backgrounds in a clinical setting.

Clinician/Judge

Elizabeth began her judging/clinician work through the Ohio Department of Education’s VIP Gifted Identification program. After 4 years in a highly competitive show choir, Elizabeth grew passionate for encouraging performers to seek to unleash their potential. From elementary to high school, Elizabeth has been able to work with some of Ohio’s elite dancers to improve on their artistry.
